When filling out the on-line application form
Use only 1-byte alphanumeric (ASCII) characters, not kanji, hangul or other 2-byte characters.
Please fill out the form accurately and completely; the details you provide will be used for visa application purposes and for mailing important documents to you.
Filling out the form should take you approximately 30 minutes.
