In September there will be two events in Machida area. Both are valuable opportunities where you can experience local Japan firsthandedly. Please participate. If you are interested in use the form below to sign up. Choose the event you would like to participate.
[Event1 / Machida Rotary Club] Sep 26, 10:45 – 18:00
Description: Participate local festival. With the rotary club, you will hold Omikoshi, or portable shrines, in the area. At late afternoon, you will visit local shrine in respect and enjoy the festival there(see the thumbnail image).

[Event2 / Sagami Ono High School] Sep 18, 10:00 – 14:00
Description: Participate Sagami-Ono high school’s festival. S-O high school kids will show you around the campus and introduce the festival. Later you will expect to have a short speech introducing your own country/culture, etc.
Spots available: 2
Participation fee: Free
Benefits: 2000yen for transportation, 600yen coupon for the school festival
